Inspired by Prelude 18 in G# Minor (Book 1) by J.S. Bach and Prelude 16 in G# Minor by Frederic Chopin. The running sixteenth notes in the right hand of Bach’s Prelude formed the basis for the right hand in my piece, while the left hand chords and octaves in Chopin’s Prelude influenced the left hand in my piece.
